Each Supplier who completes the Assessment is provided with an Action Plan. Items in the Action Plan are determined for each Supplier depending on their Assessment results. Acton Items identify the gaps in policies and procedures that contribute to their modern slavery risk.

Action Plan
Supplier Actions are aggregated and presented in a Supply Chain Action Plan for a simplified overview. Each item in your Supply Chain Action Plan will show the suppliers who need to complete it, giving you the information you need to initiate follow up conversations with your Suppliers.

Improve your Risk Score
As Suppliers complete actions, their Individual Risk Score will improve and have a positive impact on your Supply Chain Risk Score. The more Actions your suppliers complete, the more your overall risk will be reduced.
Track Action Completions
Action Plans track the completed actions on an individual supplier level, and an overarching supply chain level. When documenting and demonstrating your risk reduction efforts, you will be able to determine which suppliers have contributed to your improvement.
Supplier Goals
Each Supplier is given a progress track of which Risk Category they are currently in, and what their next Risk Category target is. This is a valuable tool for continuous improvement and goal setting with suppliers.
